French bureaucracy can be daunting. We explain letters, help fill in forms and follow up on your files — in Russian, Ukrainian, English or French.

Having someone with you changes everything. A bilingual volunteer joins your appointments and refers you to partner lawyers.

Isolation, domestic violence, separation, hardship: you are not alone. We listen confidentially and guide you to protection services.

Integration also means friendship. We organise meetups for Russian speakers and shared moments with locals.
